Privacy
policy.
We collect very little, we don't sell anything, and we'd rather have your trust than your data. Last updated 1 May 2026.
In plain English
We don't run advertising trackers. We don't sell or share your data with brokers. We collect what we need to answer your inquiry, run the website, and bill correctly — and nothing more. The longer version below is the formal policy. The plain-English summary above is the version we'll be held to.
i.What we collect
What we
actually collect.
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization (optional), the type of help you're looking for, and whatever you write in the message field. That information lands in our email inbox and stays there until we delete the conversation thread.
When you visit the site, our hosting platform records standard server logs — IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp, referring URL — for security and operations. These logs are rotated and discarded on a 90-day cycle.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, cross-site cookies, or behavioral retargeting pixels. If a future version of the site uses analytics, we'll use a privacy-respecting, cookieless tool (Plausible, Fathom, or similar) and we'll update this page first.
ii.How we use it
What we
do with it.
We use what you send us to:
- Reply to your inquiry and have a conversation about whether we're a fit.
- Send you a proposal, invoice, or contract if we end up working together.
- Maintain the working files for any project we build for you.
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations.
We do not use what you send us for marketing automation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, or any form of advertising. If we ever start a newsletter, we'll ask you to subscribe — we won't add you because you contacted us.
iii.Who we share with
Who else
sees this.
We share information only with the service providers who make our work possible:
- Email and calendar: Google Workspace.
- Invoicing and payments: Stripe and our accounting software.
- Project files and documents: our working repositories and shared drive.
- Hosting: our managed hosting provider (for sites we build and care for).
We don't sell information to anyone, ever. We don't share with marketing platforms, data brokers, or ad networks.
iv.Your rights
What you can
ask us to do.
You can ask us, at any time and free of charge, to:
- Show you what we have on file about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete it. We'll keep only what we're legally required to retain (e.g., invoice records for tax purposes).
- Stop emailing you, even about an active inquiry.
Email hello@neighbordigital.com with any of these requests. We aim to handle them within five business days. If you're a resident of California, the EU, or the UK, you have additional statutory rights and we'll honor those, too.
v.Questions
Get in
touch.
Privacy questions, requests, or concerns: hello@neighbordigital.com.
If we ever update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top and, if the change is meaningful, we'll email anyone we have an active relationship with.
